If your business needs the removal of environmental hazards, such as asbestos, mold, meth, or other illegal drug contaminants, our team is the right choice.

From building owners and school districts to local and federal government agencies, we’ve successfully delivered environmental remediation to facilities of all types.

We’ve established a strong reputation by addressing the unique demands of this wide variety of commercial projects.

Asbestos Abatement

It’s practically impossible to identify asbestos just by looking at it. You’ll need to hire a certified building inspector who will send a sample to a professional testing lab.

Follow these important steps if you suspect the presence of asbestos:

  1. Avoid contact with any suspected materials.
  2. Do not demo or damage any materials that you suspect may contain asbestos.
  3. Contact our trained, experienced asbestos abatement team. We can help with the removal of asbestos.

Mold Removal and Remediation

Mold spores are everywhere. Even in cleaner areas of your home or business. On their own, mold spores aren’t a major concern. Unfortunately, when they come into contact with moisture, they sprout. That’s when you get problems.

Mold poses significant health risks, especially for those who experience allergies, asthma, or other respiratory problems.

If you have a major mold issue, ordinary household cleaners won’t do the job. You need professionals who have proper cleaning tools and the skills to spot signs of molding.

Common Signs of Mold Issues

  • Wall or ceiling discoloration
  • Visible mold growth
  • Musty, earthy, or unpleasant odors
  • Water damage

Even if mold isn’t seen, its presence can cause health symptoms such as:

  • Breathing problems (especially for those with respiratory issues or allergies)
  • Runny or stuffy noses
  • Wheezing
  • Sneezing
  • Skin irritation

Meth Decontamination

We provide reliable and cost-effective meth decontamination services and remediation for other illegal substances.

Methamphetamine contamination is a substantial problem in homes and facilities that served as manufacturing locations. Commonly reported symptoms of meth exposure include frequent headaches, dizziness, nausea, respiratory difficulties, and eye irritation.

Once contamination is discovered, do not remove methamphetamine-contaminated items from the area. Also, don’t try to paint over the contamination, as the contamination will still remain present. It’s significantly more difficult to decontaminate a surface that has been painted over.

Our decontamination process follows three simple steps.

We conduct a full interior and exterior site inspection. Then, we closely review the preliminary assessment, the current levels of contamination, and the locations where contamination is present.

Remediation calls for the disposal of contaminated household items, such as furniture, carpeting, rugs, and other debris.

We dispose of all debris at an appropriate waste facility in adherence to federal, state, and local laws. Surfaces are then high-efficiency vacuumed, treated with detergent, scrubbed, and rinsed with clean water.

Before the property is suitable for occupancy, post-decontamination testing is performed to confirm the property meets regulatory standards.

Documentation is key with drug clean-up projects. We complete a post decontamination report that includes the scope of work, step-by-step decontamination methods used, individual certifications, and our company’s certifications.
